Bill View and pay:
Now consumers can view their current bill and make payment from this application .They can also download the bill in PDF format for future reference.
Complaint registration:
Now customers can lodge complain as well as check complain status regarding various technical problems like No power , High Voltage, meter burnt, meter stopped etc. They can also lodge complain regarding the non-technical problems like High bill, Average bill etc in one click.
History:
Consumers can see their electricity consumption history in graphical format. Also consumer can see last five registered complaint details. They can also check payment history other than cash desk.
My Profile:
Consumers can see their registered personal information like address, mobile number, email id, meter number, installation number, contract load, tariff code etc through this menu.
