In the day mode, you can train the prolongation and deepening of breathing. You can select the duration of inspiration, expiration, the pause as well as the color intensity. While the color section moves down breathe out evenly. In doing so empty your lungs and keep your
lungs empty during the pause. When the color section moves up breathe in with the same speed as in the expiration. After the end of each breathing event you get a vibration feedback.
Night mode
In the night mode, you can find rest in the evening and make falling asleep easier. Use the night mode directly before sleeping. You can select the duration of inspiration,
expiration, the pause as well as the color intensity. While the color section moves down
breathe out evenly. In doing so empty your lungs and keep your lungs empty during the pause. When the color section moves up breathe in evenly. In order to let go and facilitate falling asleep the expiration should last longer than the inspiration. After the end of each breathing event you get a vibration feedback.
Your body can help you. During the expiration move your body slightly forward and
simultaneously tense your abs and chest muscles. During the expiration move your body slightly backward and simultaneously relax your abs and chest muscles.
