Most of the Fitness Apps out there mainly focus on either 'dictating' some random 'fat burning' or 'muscle building' exercises or 'recommending' some random 'Weight Loss Diets' which make 'Fake Promises' and 'Guarantee' you 6-pack Abs or huge arms, legs, chest, butt etc. within a span of 'DAYS' or 'WEEKS'. Individuals following such advises from these apps eventually end up cooking a 'great recipe' for FAILURE and INCONSISTENCY.
I'm SORRY to break it to you, but you just CAN'T TRANSFORM YOURSELF withing a span of 'DAYS' or 'WEEKS'. It takes 'YEARS' of 'Consistent Efforts' to SAFELY and PERPETUALLY make significant changes to your body. That's unfortunately the 'Harsh Reality'!
