This premium program is divided into 3 phases namely BASIC, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED phases. It was advised to start from Basic phase following the tutorial videos in sequence (top to bottom daily) with recommended mentioned practice only for first couple of months regularly before moving to Intermediate phase that require some flexibility and also this phase must be followed for another couple of months and moving to finally Advanced phase.
