    Good results so far. Just started the last section. I'm able to touch the floor with the palms of my hands which is nice. It helped lower back pain is gone most of the time (Tore the muscles in my back a while ago). It's just that the last few sessions seemed very repetitive. I'm starting to get a bit frustrated that I have to try to do a complete front split almost everyday. It would be nice to have more variety

    I did these exercises once I was already a bit flexible bit the last part was needed and after this I did my splits I have been trying to do my splits since a long time and I did this today I'm super happy and also there are no ads the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a really heavy app I have 4 apps and 4 pictures so I had to delete this
