    Some good information and recipes. I would like it better if the recipes stated how many servings are in each. Maybe it is stated and I am missing something. Some recipes have salt added and include deli meats and cheese that are high in salt.

    Confused. I briefly read through the suggested recipes and was shocked to find deli meats, cheese, tomato juice, and Canadian bacon?? All of which I have read to be bad for high blood pressure.
