    Great for me because I have belly fat and therefore a weak core and this app allows me to pace myself. I don't get overwhelmed by working out my abs.

    Like it but unable to advance because of the ad at the end of the lesson .. I cant exit the ad and I cant finish the lesson till I exit the ad. Restarted many times... guess it is time to uninstall.

    This app actually keeps me on track. It is good for anyone just starting out or already in shape. You can do multiple days in one or redo a day wether it be for the fun of it or because you can not quite get the next step. I give it 4 stars on because i think it still has more potential.(Like different interval training or a body calculator just so different people can gauge how they should be working out.) I also believe all these challenge apps should be in one app. I have 6 apps waste memory.

    Used this app a few times. It should definitely be used to supplement other work outs but the reminders and notifications help me stay on track.

    I am just starting to get exercise part of my daily life and doing the Zen challenge is how I'm starting. It is easy to do...to easy, but for me it's about completing it. So fantastic app because it has gotten me started.
