Butterfly Diary assists the treatment of panic and anxiety as part of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy applied by psychologists. This free app is used to keep accurate track of panic and anxiety events as they happen and is used to reflect on these events afterward. In doing so, you become more aware of your reaction to your environment and increase the ability to deal with anxiety and panic.
Butterfly Diary was created by The Expert Box, with help from Pepas, a group of psychologists in The Netherlands.
This application is discreet, secure, easy to use, efficient and available on (nearly) all devices. It replaces and improves on traditional methods such as paper forms used to register panic and anxiety events as part of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Talk to your psychologist about using Butterfly Diary instead.
