If you want exercises app, i tell you this app is what you want, it's learning you with video to how to do the exercises, it's really give you feel you did the exercises.

What can I say, this is my PT Bible. I am an absolute avid user of Crockfit, a great tool to follow a routine online and to see my progress for each session. The navigation of the application is very simple and all sessions stored between devices. I am currently on Homefit 1 and Gym Fit one - bit behind but, getting stronger everyday even though I have chronic health issues (and I still wear a mask!) Thank you Alex, I will move to subscription soon x

Programs are very well thought out. Tons of material to make sure you succeed. I'm not great at motivation sometimes but with all his Instagram posts and YouTube videos you've got lots of back up and he's willing to reach out 1 on 1 if you need it. He's a swell guy too. Really glad I found the crockfit team.

Amazing app! With gyms closed I was concerned about how I would manage to stay fit. Since downloading crockfit I have lost weight and toned up whilst really enjoying the eating plans. Alex is super responsive to questions (was really shocked when he himself responded to an email). The demo videos make training super easy and there is great variation and the weekly challenges really helps to track progress. The only reason I haven't cancelled my gym membership is so I can do the gymfit series!

great app, with a large variety of exercises. good if you want to built muscles at home or at the gym, to be more healthy. iy's ideal if you search routine of functional movements to help you built strength for another sports. I like to do trail running and i find the app very helpful. even if you are a beginner, you can start more slowly and than increase the intensity. the app give also nutrition guide, with guidance on suppements if you need them, and with a lot of recipes. you don't have to follow a restrictive diet, but it help to understand how to combine food that you enjoy. I enjoy take some challenges and be happy at the end. hope it can help a lot of people.
