Complaining about a problem on an app is another service by Bangladesh Railway. During a train journey having a problem with accommodation, environment, food, amenities can ruin the journey. For a seamless journey of a passenger, Bangladesh Railway has launched an app. This app is solely focused on passengers problem-solving and increasing customer satisfaction. In this app you can complain about your trouble, on board TC will attend to that problem. The TC will solve your problem for you. If the problems magnitude is beyond TC’s jurisdictions, then the TC will alert the higher authority about your problem immediately. The higher authority will take action according to their jurisdiction. After competition of your problem, you can review your satisfaction level within the app.
