This app has helped me lose weight and tone up for years, it is my go-to app for weight lifting and I couldn't be happier with it!

Have tried a number of workout apps, all of them push for subscription immediately. One even locked a workout I was doing behind a pay-wall after a day. I despaired of finding one that had a flat out price, but I found this and after only one session in the gym paid for Premium without reservation. UPDATE. Have now added a subscription for an 'AI' coach I'll see where I am in 10 weeks, and update again.

I've been looking for an alternative to the Stronglifts 5x5 app. I've tried out about a dozen alternatives, and so far Daily Strength has been the best. It is the easiest to use when recording weight numbers that increase each workout. Clean interface, SIMPLE UI. And, no subscription payment model. It's a one-time REASONABLY PRICED upgrade.

Using it for just over a month, awesome way to get in and out of the gym quickly and efficiently. Paid upfront for the premium. Def worth the small fee to support the developers future updates. Would be great if there was a more detailed outline for your form.

Great in the sense that it has pretty much every exercise there is for tracking weight and reps. Not so great that you have to pay to use the charts etc. You can still see your historical lifts for free though and the rest timer is actually really good for keeping the momentum in your workout. All in all it's a good app and I havent felt the need to switch to anything else after using it 4x a week for 2 months.

The free version is so limited in use that I can't judge if it would be worth paying for. Seems like it could be a good app but I can't find a count down timer for between exercises. I like the price of this app, but I like the functionality of the Strong app better. I was hoping this would be a suitable alternative since the other app has a way too high subscription price.
