Update: lowered to one start. Clearly the team doesn't read any of it. The only reason I'm using this app is for Cast support. However, the implementation is very poor, bordering on unusable. It crashes in the middle of just about every workout. Also, the display settings for excerise and workout do not display, despite being toggled on in settings. I've sent feedback via the app multiple times but yet to see improvements or follow-ups. I can't recommend this app at this point in time.

Such an ingenious little app. when I started, I started on a setting of 5 minutes with all of the easiest settings. gave me a way to get started. no judgement. excellent variety. very cool. worth the subscription for sure

Excellent! No equipment needed but you can definitely sub in whatever you want to. I like that you can see what the REAL human is doing. Music is fun. I've always been a fan of Down Dog

I love it! I've been using this app for 6 months now and I'm still enjoying it. There are so many different options that's it's really difficult to get bored. I also use the yoga app from them, love it too.
