Breathing is the bridge between your body and your mind, and also between the conscious and the unconscious. By learning to work with your breathing, you can change your mental and physical states.
It is also much easier to work with your breath than to work directly with the mind, which is very subtle. In sanskrit, the practice of breath-work is called pranayama. In this program you will learn 5 different pranayamas, in a simplified manner, so that it is easy for you to get started and reap some of the benefits.
