Use the Embassy 360 mobile app to register your complaints in a jiffy. The same username and password as on the web portal is applicable. With this tool you will be able to :
· Raise tickets: More than 300 problem areas defined to allow for faster raising tickets. You can also raise tickets offline and update when you are online
· Track tickets: Check the progress of the ticket you have raised on the go
· Close tickets: Tickets will be closed only post your approval within 3 days
