· Raise tickets: More than 300 problem areas defined to allow for faster raising tickets. You can also raise tickets offline and update when you are online
· Track tickets: Check the progress of the ticket you have raised on the go
· Close tickets: Tickets will be closed only post your approval within 3 days

Unable to add photos to a ticket, either from the gallery or via the camera. The buttons don't do anything! PS: forgot to add permissions to the app? For camera access and storage access?

Recent update seems to have fixed major problems. But some of the problems faced : 1. Why to choose property name every time from drop down? 2. Problem description area is just a line and entering the details through mobile is pretty clumsy. 3. Ticket details and history information is not that good for UX perspective - difficult to read . 4. No way to update existing tickets.
