A Simple App to
your control your anxiety,sleeplessness and stress.
I made this app for the purpose of combating stress, anxiety, and insomnia with a simple breathing exercise packed with nature sounds and scenes to further calm your mind.
Getting the best sleep ever is as simple as breathing in and breathing out. Basically the technique used is based on pranayama, an ancient Indian practice that means regulation of breath. The exercise is described as “a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system” that eases the body into a state of calmness and relaxation.
The app consist of simplest of UI with both audio player,exercise and button to switch to scene mode at the same screen.
