The worst app ever! Huge connection issues to machines and adding funds is almost impossible.

The app is pretty easy to use. I think they should have better instructions on the walls. The ones in my common area do not align with how to use the app in relation to the machines.

What the HELL!! This app keeps making money that I know I had remaining in my balance just disappear. I don't even have the option to add exact change so it doesn't steal money from me anymore. I've seen several other reviews say the same thing. I'm just going to start switching to coins. It's better than having $4-$5 stolen from me every week and have my calls and emails ignored. I'm pretty sure they know what's happening but have no intention of fixing anything as it makes more money for them

It doesn't let me add the location code to see if machines are available or check when my laundry is done. It only lets me pay and select a machine while I'm right next to it. It also won't let me submit work orders even though 2 machines are malfunctioning in my laundry room. It just says, "Cannot create Work Orders for IP with Status not equal to In Service."

Will NOT work. It just buffers and buffers. Its able to find the washer I need, so I know its working to an extent, Bluetooth is on and all that jazz, wifi connection is good, but it just won't work. Can't wash my clothes now. Truly terrible and im really not sure what to do now. Thanks a bunch.

The worst. A bummer, really, because this would be so great if it were functional. They keep updating the app, but the only thing that eve really works is them charging my credit card. The app does not function. It needs to be removed from the app store. They are thieves. They will write here that they want to hear the problem so they can help. But they never do fix it. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PAY, AND RECEIVE NOTHING IN RETURN.
