    Somewhat disappointing. If you could select individually the kicks and punches etc from a group (turning some on and off etc) and save the workout settings between sessions that would be much better.

    ATTENTION DEVELOPER: Hello, great app! I would suggest having a Switch-Hitter choice and I believe that could happen just by removing the "left" or "right" call outs so switch hitters are able to switch stance and execute the technique simultaneously and not have left or right throw them off. And the only con I have is when I turn the screen off the timer and call outs stop I thought it'll continue while I have the screen off and in my pocket..

    Tried it this morning. And i ..am .....SOOOOOO HOOKED. I work out with two rounds at first, then I rank it up for three rounds and i did the routine four times in a row cause I love how it keeping my active and encourage me to start working on my kicks and punches a lot more. After the fourth workout, I started kicking and punching 40times on each side and I will continue. Thanks a lot for creative app guys cause it making have love for MMA a lot more.
