Largely a worthless app so far... Notifications show up whenever they "feel" like it and will often stop working all together indefinitely. I still don't know what I did to get it even partially working again, but I just expect it to fail at this point. Rarely shows live view when not on the same local wifi, and even then mostly does not work. Pretty bad fail Lorrex, this app looks like it needs a complete re-write....

This App, no longer works with my Lorex system. The upload speed, needs to be above 20mbs. My systems upload speed is 11.4, which is too slow. The App suddenly quit working. Tech. support informed me, my speed needs to be above 20mbs. Ugh!

How can you make some pretty great cameras and such a terrible app! When it doesn't crash it will not show live view in any of my six cameras, the recordings tab is useless and the playback tab is not intuitive at all. Fix your app or I'm sending my $1,000 system back to you!

It's not letting me see HD only SD , I'm not able to see my cameras when I'm away from home only if I'm using same wifi. Why??? Well after i emailed them, they did fix my issue .THANK YOU LOREX

What I found when you can't view the cameras from outside your wifi network. Unplug the system and reboot it. It will be ok for a month or so. Not perfect but it helps.

I can't connect to my system away from home at all. It only connects if I'm on my wifi at the house. The systen has been useless for me. Waist of money. It sad when you buy a system to protect you home and investments but you can see whats taking place until you get back to the house and watch your alerts after you have property stolen.
