App of Musculation : Follow your progress in your exercices :
All exercices can be perform at home with minimal equipment! (with Body Weight or Barbell or Dumbbell, and some with Bench) :
Step 1 : An exercise list is proposed (link of description for each exercice is available.)
You can choose some and make your Workout Of the Day.
Step 2 : Set rep and eventually weight for each selected exercice.
For exercice with weight, your one Repetiton Maximum will be calculated.
For exercice with body weight, the maximum number of repetition will be saved.
Then, you can follow your progress in the list of exercices.
(maximum number of repetition or 1RM)
It's simple and efficient.
