Sun Salutation A and B include a series of basic warming-up poses originating from Ashtanga which represent the worship of the Sun God. Conventionally Sun Salutation should be practiced at dawn, when the sun rises.
Salutation A can warm up your body and by repeating the exercises, the consciousness expansion of the body will be further deepened. Based on Salutation A, Salutation B introduces Warrior Poses which can promote a better connection between the movement and breathing of your body.
During salutation practices, the joints become more prone to open, the muscles are fully stretched, and the organs will be comfortably massaged.
Communicating with your body by breathing, surges of heat will be produced to nourish the relevant organs, joints, and muscles and finally contributes to a better skin detoxification effect through your sweat.
