Training through Stand Alone Performance Training is for the Athlete and Individual that wants to ‘Stand Alone” at the top of their sport and/or life goal. Each training program, through Stand Alone Performance Training, will come with an individualized training plan.
You will not receive a template program that you can find online. Each program is client specific and can change as individual goals are meant. You will get stronger, faster and closer to your individual/athletic goals.
If you work hard and are 100% committed to doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it, then you will fit right in at Stand Alone Performance Training.
