해외에서 위기상황에 처한 우리 국민에게 영사가 바로 옆에서 도와주는 것과 같은 효과를 낼 수 있도록 기존 제작물 대비, 내용과 기능을 대폭 업그레이드하였으며,
우리 국민 스스로 사고의 사전예방을 위한 길라잡이로 사용할 수 있도록 제작하였습니다.
