This is an initiative by Government of Maharashtra, along with VGPG Dept. of Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (MSCERT) and Shyamchi Aai Foundation(SAF).
Avirata - Continuous Professional Development (Level 3) of teachers and headteachers in secondary schools across Maharashtra.
This program intends to provide both personal and professional growth for teachers. The program not only plays a significant role in the teacher's performance but also helps increase their level of motivation.
Teachers have a huge potential to transform the lives of students.
Teachers have a significant impact on the students they teach and can change a generation.
With this objective in mind the training is centered around helping teachers bridge the gap between them and students to open channels for effective communication and provide guidance to help achieve better learning outcomes.
