This permission is only requested and used if your organization needs to mange password policies (such as the number of times an incorrect password is entered, how often a password needs to be updated, or how complex a password must be) or if your organization needs to manage whether the camera is enabled or disabled on your smartphone (as cameras are sometimes forbidden in certain work environments). You will be prompted during account setup for this permission if it is required, and this permission is used for nothing beyond password and camera policies.
