Hotel Lingga, didirikan pada tanggal 11 Juli 1989 oleh Notaris Ny. Ai Masriah Roswandi, SH dan berlokasi diJl.Soekarno Hatta no.464 Bandung Jawa Barat.
Kamar Tidur Terdiri dari : 28 Kamar tipe Rose (2 orang), 4 kamar tipe Sweet Rose (2 orang), 9 kamar tipe New Sweet Rose (2 orang), 16 kamar tipe Tulip (4 orang), 8 kamar tipe Sweet Tulip (4 orang) dan 1 kamar tipe Tulip Family (4 orang), 1 kamar tipe New Sweet Tulip (4 orang). Total kapasitas kamar adalah 186 orang.
Setiap kamar dilengkapi fasilitas penyejuk ruangan (AC), kamar mandi dengan pancuran air panas & dingin, televisi layar datar dengan 56 saluran mancanegara, telefon, air mineral, fasilitas pembuat teh & kopi dan 24 jam layanan kamar. Termasuk sarapan prasmanan di Coffee Shop.
3 Gedung Pertemuan / Function Hall yaitu : Aula Utama, Aula Madya, dan Ruang Kelas. Masing-masing aula memiliki VIP Waiting Room, yang dapat disewa untuk berbagai event kegiatan baik untuk Kebutuhan Resepsi, Rapat/Seminar, Pameran/Eksebisi dan lain-lain.
