Terrible experience. Ordered food, it never arrived. We were still charged. Contacted customer support, got no refund at all. Now we wasted 2 hours and 35$ for two, and are still hungry. This app needs a chat between customer and driver, to clearly prove the driver tried to reach out to the customer when any problems occur. He never reached out to us, but Grubhub claims so. This is terrible usability, as there is no objective way to figure this out.
