  75% of time it works. Until one day you are really hungry, and the app says they delivered your food and they don't. You call them and they said that you picked up, which makes no sense, why would I order something to be delivered and would picked up the food? But you will think, it's ok, they will refund me. No they won't. They will even say they tried to contact you with not a single call on your phone. It already happened twice. GrubHub never again.
