    EDIT: Adding back the star, since this is now one of the few apps that provides some meaningful update information. SUGGESTION: Wish I didn't have to click half a dozen times just to get back to the course I've been following for weeks. A "favorites" option would solve this issue. OLD: Docking a star for the lazy, cheesy update information.

    I've used the app for a couple of years now. It's come a long way. It offers a wealth of resources and options for learning mindfulness, but now also has other types of meditation such as metta or Stoic meditation to learn from. It's been a life changer in learning to be more aware and has helped me to find greater peace. It's worth a try at the very least.

    Using this app has given me the experience of having a truly clear mind without assistance from drugs for the first time in my life, I can't reccomend it enough. If you're struggling with keeping your own mind in order you absolutely owe it to yourself to try this app. Sam makes meditation easy to understand, and when you start to get the hang of it you will be utterly floored by the difference that ten minutes of purposeful silence every day can make in your life.

    I have tried, Calm, Simple Habit, and Headspace, and while I found Headspace kept it simple and helped get me into the habit, I kept feeling 'there has to me more to this!'. Sam Harris delivers in this app by matching the theory to practice to better expound upon applying mindfulness to your every day life. If you dabble in philosophy, you will fall in love with this app!
