Choose between a stopwatch, a countdown timer, or an incremental counter, to display on the top & bottom half of the screen. Mix & match to suit your exercise routine.
For example - select a counter for the top, to keep track of your reps, and a stopwatch at the bottom to keep track of time.
The stopwatch has an 'Active Rest Mode' which, once enabled, allows you to enter the amount of time you want to exercise, how many reps to do in that time, and how much rest to give yourself afterwards, with beeps & visual indicators. This can then be linked to a counter which will auto increase with each rep.
