Description of Mirror Timer Basic

An interval timer with a difference...
Unlike a standard interval timer with this you don't decide in advance how long your work and rest phases are going to be. Instead you simply start the timer and, while the timer is running up, work as long as you want. This time period may be:
- Until failure
- Until reaching a set goal
- Until you're bored :)
Then click the timer and it will start the rest countdown, which will be the same length as your work time (or a ratio thereof).
Additionally the work phase can be set to incorporate a set of repeaters, either a fixed number of repeaters or "infinite" (i.e. until failure/boredom).
The app saves your training data which can be viewed and deleted (we all have those disappointing training sets we'd rather forget...) within the app, or exported as a CSV file to be incorporated in your all singing all dancing uber geeky training spreadsheet ("it has coloured cells, COLOUORED CELLS, OH YEAH I AM THAT COOL"...)

...set up the settings. For real. You can do fun things like:
switch between a standard set and a repeater set, woah!!
adjust your work:rest ratio, standard is a 1:1 relationship but you can go crazy and head to 1:5 (1 minutes work gives you 5 minutes rest, the way of the sloth) or head the other way, maybe you've had a couple too many coffees and that last can of coke has pushed you over the edge 5:1 is your poison my friend. 5 minutes work earns you a whole minute of sitting jittering while your eyes look at different things before you can get back to work.
Set up an intro time at the start of the set.
Choose from 6, yes that's right I said SIX, annoying sound effects to audiably compound your misery of all this training. Or alternatively choose from 6, yes that's right I said SIX, carefully chosen sound effects that are scientifically proven to enhance muscle recruitment and development*
