    Update: I thought I purchased what I thought was to the entire app... Then I purchased the worthless timer. Now they want 15.99 for super full body workout?? Joke..! There's plenty cheaper or free apps out there. The stopwatch is a regret. Can't set it from what I can see. And developer hasn't got back with me... App is good for keeping track of workouts tho

    Pro: Simple UI. More personalized than other Apps as it takes into account previous 1RM to determine a workout plan. Con: Purchased the timer, which then made the App malfunction by not displaying all the exercises in a workout. Also crashes when you try to edit your exercise list.

    I actually like this app, but if you get a new phone or the app is deleted there is no way to restore your purchases. There is no place to sign in. I purchased 2 plans and the timer and can't get them on my new phone. I emailed the developers multiple times but no response.

    Like to have my own routine with a workout planner. Being able to have all the exercise that I can do in a list is great since I have limited mobility in my back. I would have to sit out on other apps until there were exercises I could do or skip them and that was just discouraging. Thanks.

    This app is a good place to start for those who are learning strength training basics. I like that it shows and explains how to do exercises. Two recommendations: 1) When converting to lbs from kg, the app lists weight like 17.5 lb dumbbells. I just round up (or down depending on the set), but I can't log accurately. 2) It would be really nice to substitute exercises. Ex: I don't always have access to a Smith machine but it is listed in EVERY leg day. I sub another squat, but I can't log it.
