¿Cómo funciona?
Para hacer un intercambio adecuado es necesario que el alimento pertenezca al mismo grupo de nutriente y respetar la porción indicada de dicho alimento, partiendo de que los alimentos en el listado equivalen a una porción.
¿Cómo saber a que grupo pertenecen?
Fácil! En el plan alimenticio se señala el nutriente al que pertenece cada alimento, por lo que de esta manera nos permite identificar a qué sección corresponden.
