Use dashboard to explore the whole routine tree.
Export your workout log as a CSV file.
No extra permissions required.
No network connection required, all videos are available offline as high quality MP4 videos.

What's New with Bodyweight Fitness 1.4.2

- Fixed URLs for Molding Mobility and Starting Stretching.
- Uses check icon (instead of a pencil icon) for logging reps/sets/time.
- Splits side planks into two exercises for easier logging.
- Bug Fixes.
- Your preferred exercise/level/progression will be reset to default exercise for each section. This is due to changing how progressions are saved on the phone. Sorry for this.

    Recommended Routine was updated in 2018. I wish they'd update the app too! Thanks for what it is though. Still decent, still works.

    Amazing app. Easy to use and wonderful functionality. I would recommend it to anyone. I only wish it had the new recommended routine on here.

    Very cool app, parts of the interface seemed a bit unintuitive at first, but nothing I couldn't get over. Would be great to have additional exercise options, but there's nothing better for starting out with a solid routine, especially for free.

    Loving this app so far. I'm just now getting into calisthenics and this is great for helping track progress. I can see a day it won't be needed anymore but that's not going to be for a very long but time. Maybe adding some advanced moves to an optional workout list would keep it relevant longer. Either way I'm contributing to pro.

    Simple, all three recommended programs, adjustable levels of mastery, track reps/time where each are applicable. I love this app.

    Excellent. All I wanted was a simple app that explained the programs in a basic way, so for me this is perfect. Kudos to the developers! Let's see if I can finally touch my toes ;)
