The ÖKK app for private customers gives access to your documents at all times. The app’s various functions make it easier for you to deal with your insurance documents. No matter whether you want to check your insurance cover, submit a doctor’s bill or get in touch with ÖKK, the app makes everything easier and clearer.

- All your policies as well as premium and benefit statements for the whole family at a glance
- Direct contact with ÖKK
Requirements:
- You are a customer of ÖKK Kranken- und Unfallversicherungen AG and have an active
insurance number.
- You have an active basic and/or supplementary insurance policy with ÖKK Kranken- und
Unfallversicherungen AG.
- Your legal place of residence is in Switzerland or you are a cross-border worker under a bilateral agreement.
- You have an active e-mail address.
- Android 6 or above
Registration:
Users must register to use the ÖKK app. The following information is required to do so:
- Policyholder number,
- E-mail address,
- Mobile telephone number and
- Password.
Then the following security questions must be answered:
- Date of birth
- Post code
- Monthly insurance premium (monthly premium for the individual as per the current policy, without deducting the individual premium reduction)
After registering, the user receives a code by SMS. The user warrants that all the data entered when registering is complete and accurate.
Retaining original invoices:
The user shall retain the original copies of the invoices submitted and shall, at any time, provide these to ÖKK upon request. ÖKK expressly reserves the right to refuse to reimburse benefits or to require the repayment of benefits if original supporting documentation cannot subsequently be provided upon request.

Security:
The customer is aware that the ÖKK app is offered over the Internet. Despite the use of modern security technologies, absolute security cannot be guaranteed either on the part of ÖKK or the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain information on and then take the necessary security measures (e.g. up-to-date anti-virus protection, firewall). The customer must also ensure that all access data is kept confidential and protected against misuse by unauthorised persons. Furthermore, there is an inherent risk that a third party could, without being noticed, gain access to the customer’s end device while the latter is using the online services. This risk is borne solely by the customer.
Legal information:
ÖKK makes every effort to ensure the ÖKK app operates properly; however, it cannot guarantee the permanent, error-free availability of the app. By using the ÖKK app, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Use applicable at the time of registration. To the extent permitted by law, ÖKK rejects all liability for any direct or indirect damage or loss incurred in relation to the use of the ÖKK app – in particular, if this includes damage or loss resulting from the use of information, transmission errors, technical defects, interruptions, disruptions or illegal action by third parties.
In addition to the above-mentioned points, the Terms and Conditions of Use for ÖKK Online Services shall also apply oekk.ch/terms_and_conditions
Users may incur charges from their mobile provider for downloading and using this application.
With this release, we have resolved existing faults and improved certain functions, which will make the app more user-friendly.
