Description
Train Sathi is an Android Mobile App based on the concept of reducing the time between Complaint logged by passenger and complaint attended by Onboard train staff.
When a user registers a complaint, it is forwarded to On-board staff and respective control in the form of SMS and app notification. This will reduce the complaint redressal time and results in better passenger satisfaction.
