Butt & Leg Workouts Level 3 is designed for Advanced Level. We have created 3 video workouts you can easily follow; each contains simple and effective lower body exercises. Applications have simple structure and give you the opportunity to put together your own routine - You can do only one 16-minute session, double it or combine different videos. By combining videos you can bring variety to fitness habits.
In time you will gain strength and you can do more - your muscles are stronger and you are able to train more intensive. We recommend combining lower body exercises with Perfect Ab Workouts Level 1-3 applications, so you can have strong and toned abdominals too.
We have designed this application to guide you through the training session. You can tone your body wherever you want at your own preferred time. No extra equipment is needed; full session can be performed on your own body weight. Addition to squats and leg lifts, we offer you a program with alternative exercises.
