Description

Start screen saver automatically while charging when the screen is turned off. Android normally only starts the screen saver if you leave it's screen on. This application will wake the device and start the screen saver for you if it is plugged to a charger.

doesnt work ..make it to start screen saver after a timer when not charging ..

It seems that on a Android 9 system, you need to keep battery optimization off for this program. On my new Pixel 3, after a couple of days, the system Adaptive Battery decided the Auto Screen Saver battery should be limited. After that, it stop working. What I had to do was: Tap Apps & notifications and then Advanced and then Special app access and then Battery optimization. Make this app “Not optimized.” It seems to work now, will report back in a few days if still a problem.
