WARNING - if your using android 6.0 you may need to turn locations on for Smart WiFi Switch to work
Smart WiFi Switch does not use your location but google is forcing developers to use this permission if they want access to WiFi

android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - required in order to work with android 6.0
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - scan for WiFi networks
android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE - switch WiFi network
