Its grate for people who have multiple access points in there house and want to quickly change to the closes one
WARNING - if your using android 6.0 you may need to turn locations on for Smart WiFi Switch to work
Smart WiFi Switch does not use your location but google is forcing developers to use this permission if they want access to WiFi

android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - scan for WiFi networks
android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE - switch WiFi network
