Why didn’t I get my rebate?
Check your profile and make sure you entered your circle and operator correctly. If you didn’t, please reinstall the FreeStream app and sign up again with the correct operator and circle.
I'm a Pro user. Why am I seeing data recharge failures?
If you are a pro user, make sure that there is a gap of at least 15 minutes between successive recharges. So if you consume your quota in under 10 minutes, you will get a recharge failure.
