Yuva Nischay mobile app has been developed to get the benefit of the schemes (BSCC, SHA, KYP) for student’s welfare under one of the commitment ‘Arthik Hal, Yuvaon Ko Bal’ aimed to improve the financial condition of youth of Bihar. The youth of Bihar can get benefited as per scheme guidelines.
The main aim of this Commitment is to make the youth of Bihar self- reliant and instill a sense of empowerment. The Youths will be given assistance through three schemes- Mukhyamantri Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana (MNSSBY), Student Credit Card (SCC) scheme and Kusal Yuva Programme (KYP).
The feature of Yuva Nishchay mobile app:
1. Registration (First Time Registration - FTR) of beneficiary to get benefit of BSCC, SHA and KYP Scheme.
2. Applicant can fill the application form of Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC), Self Help Allowance (SHA), and Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP) scheme through mobile app.
3. Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC): To facilitate education loan through issuing student credit card to 12th pass students, who are going for higher education.
4. Self Help Allowance (SHA): To provide the financial assistance of Rs.1000 per month for two years to those beneficiaries who are currently not studying and in search of employment.
5. Kusal Yuva Programme (KYP): It is a skill training programme to enhance the employability of the youth of Bihar and act as a value added to the various domain specific training endeavours.
