Rules to. Keep in mind
Mindi is designed for four players playing in two partnerships. The game uses a standard 52 card deck. The ranking of the cards in this deck are as follows (from high to low): joker (wild card), Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.
The game has 1 deck mode, 2 deck mode, 3 deck mode and 4 deck mode.
Each mode has two sub modes "Katte Mode" and "Hide Mode".
Hide mode - The player to the dealer’s left selects a card placing it to table face down which will be declared as trump suit for that play.
Katte mode - Play begins without choosing trump suit when the player is not able to follow the suit then whichever he/she chooses becomes the trump of the deal.
Deal
Deal and play are clockwise. Dealer is chosen by dealing random card and one who’s having highest card deals first. The dealer deals out all the cards, one at a time, face down, so that each player has 13 cards. The players pick up their cards and look at them.
How to Play
The player to dealer's left leads to the first trick, and subsequently the winner of each trick leads to the next. All player must throws same suit card, until he don't have a card related to that suit. When player do not have a card related to same suit, A card considered as trump. The main objective of game is to collect maximum number of Medi(Dehla). Declaration of trump depends on mode of the game. If you are playing "Hide Mode" then you need to face up a card which was face down at the time of dealing and whatever a suit will be in a card is considered as trump. If you are playing "Katte Mode", then any player can declare trump. A player who runs out the card of any suit, which hand is playing now, can declare trump. Thus, once a trump suit is selected for the hand, the highest card of the trump suit played to the hand, wins the hand. If no trump card has been played to the hand, the highest card of the suit led wins the hand. The winner of each hand leads the first card to the next hand. Each captured hand should be kept in a face down pile of cards, gathered by the winner of the hand. At the end of the game, a player who has higher no of Mendi(Dehla), will be declared as winner. When a tie occur, at that time, hand will be considered to declare a win

How to Play Mindi Game

-Thus, once a trump suit is designated for the hand, the highest card of the trump suit played to the trick wins the trick. Each captured trick should be kept in a face down pile of cards, gathered by the winner of the trick.
-After all 13 tricks have been played the captured cards are then examined to determine the winner of the hand.
-If one partnership manages to capture three or four of the Tens, they win the hand. If the partnership manages to take all 4 Tens, this is called Mendicot. Winning every trick in the hand is called Fifty-Two card Mendicot.
-The winner of each hand scores one mindi game point. The first team to score 5 game points is the overall mindicoat game winner.

What is in Game & How to Play
There are four players in two teams, partners sitting opposite. Deal and play are anticlockwise.
A standard international 52-card pack is used. The cards of each suit rank from high to low A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2.
The Deal and Making Trumps
The first dealer is chosen by drawing cards from a shuffled pack - it can be agreed that the player who draws the highest or the lowest card deals. The cards drawn can also be used to determine the partnerships, the players who draw the highest cards forming a team against the players who draw the lowest cards. Subsequently, the dealer is always a member of the losing team of the previous deal - see winning.
The dealer shuffles and deals 13 cards to each player: first a batch of five to each and the remainder in batches of four.
There are several different methods for choosing the trump suit (hukum) - the players should decide before the start of a session which will be used. Here are three possibilities:
1.
Random hukum
- After the dealer shuffles the cards the player to right randomly draws a card and displays it to all the players. That suit (hearts, spades, diamonds, or clubs) is trump for the deal. The randomly selected card is returned to the pack and then the dealer deals the cards.
2.
Band hukum (closed tump)
- The player to the dealer's right selects a card from his or her hand and places it on the table face down. The suit of this card will be the trump suit.
3.
Cut hukum.

Play begins without choosing a trump suit. The first time that a player is unable to follow suit, the suit of the card that he or she chooses to play becomes trump for the deal. (Playing a trump on a plain suit lead is known as cutting.)
The Play
The player to the dealer's right begins by leading any card to the first trick. Players must follow suit if possible; a player who is unable to follow suit may play any card. A trick that contains no trumps is won by the highest card of the suit led. If any trumps are played, the highest trump wins. The winner of the trick gathers the cards, adds them to the pile of tricks won by his or her team, and leads to the next trick.
Scoring
The side that has three or four tens in its tricks wins the deal. If each side has two tens, then the winners are the team that won seven or more tricks.
Winning by capturing all four tens is known as mendikot. Taking all thirteen tricks is a 52-card mendikot or whitewash.
Dealer
If the dealer's team loses, the same player continues to deal unless they lose a whitewash (all 13 tricks), in which case the deal passes to the dealer's partner.
If the dealer's team wins, the turn to deal passes to the right.
