There is a huge stigma attached to the conversation of mental health in India. This combined with the pressure students face from parents, friends and academically makes matters even worse. Being unable to express and manage thoughts either away from home or at home hampers mental well-being in the long run.
Our objective with Saathi is to empower YOU students take control of your mental well-being through learning coping strategies, speaking with professional counsellors, listening to music and much more! So that you can deal with any of life's challenges like a champion.
भारत में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की बातचीत से जुड़ा एक बड़ा कलंक है। यह अभिभावकों, मित्रों और अकादमिक रूप से छात्रों के दबाव के साथ संयुक्त रूप से मामलों को और भी बदतर बना देता है। विचारों को व्यक्त करने और प्रबंधित करने में असमर्थ होने के कारण या तो घर से दूर या घर में लंबे समय तक मानसिक कल्याण में बाधा डालते हैं।
Saathi के साथ हमारा उद्देश्य है कि आप छात्रों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए अपनी मानसिक भलाई को नियंत्रित करने की रणनीति सीखने, पेशेवर परामर्शदाताओं के साथ बोलने, संगीत सुनने और बहुत कुछ करने का प्रयास करें! ताकि आप चैंपियन की तरह जीवन की किसी भी चुनौती से निपट सकें।
