Being unable to express and manage thoughts either away from home or at home hampers mental well-being in the long run.
Our objective with Saathi is to empower YOU students take control of your mental well-being through learning coping strategies, speaking with professional counsellors, listening to music and much more! So that you can deal with any of life's challenges like a champion.
