The app(latest version)lets the cameras down seriously! Needs an overhaul most of the options lag to appear in the options list & there is lag when panning also sometimes no panning at all. Another let down is everything defaults back to SD even when you navigate back to the homescreen having to hit record continuously. Using 2 cameras on the 1 app may be the issue? On a galaxy note 8

Need improvement.. recorded videos shown on the list cant be played and black screen.

Please add an option to disable infrared. So we can set it to always on always off or auto. SH20 is too sensitive to light that it keeps the infrared turning on and off

Overall a good product. Easy to install n use. My only problem is that I don't receive any notifications even though the option is activated.

Not up to the mark... Some missing features that are available in cheap wifi IP caneras :- 1) No option to switch from witi to AP Mode (Camera's own hotspot) 2) No option to download replay video 3) while in local wifi connection with no internet access camera's date and time always gets changed when rebooted. Even more cheaper camera like V380 have perfect time and date even With AP mode 4) needs to improve video clarity, not so great like 3MP camera should be. Colour saturation is bit faded.
