What's New Dumpster Map

New navigation menus through the Action Bar.
Updated Location tracking to be more accurate through updates from all available location providers (Network and/or GPS).
Locations you have marked are now draggable on the Map and are updated automatically.
Additional network connectivity messages now appear when connections timeout or when an Internet connection is not available.
