FIX IT - Not working, have used this forever and recently it stopped working. Drains the battery, email won't load, I've tried on Android 8 and Android 10, same results. I have to use the web page - inconvenient...

I downloaded Exfinity Connect app from Play store and was charged to a charge card, nothing was said about a charge never mind, about how to pay it. Has a place says to cancel within 48 hours, but, not doing it.

I thought I was the only one and there was a problem with my smart phone but the app simply does not work. It populates sometimes but will not load emails. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work for a few hours. Xfinity if you have someone on this thread reading these posts please respond with what you see as the solution.

App does not work at All. I do so have Xfinity TV and Xfinity Internet. Bad enough you didn't send my bill see recent activity NOW you turn off the app that helps me live independently, get my bills so I can pay my bills, calls forwarding so I do not fall getting to home phone. Some agents are so mean. Well starting week 3 and I can not get an American agent, overseas agents are not fixing the issues. Had 1 now 5 I NEED HELP PLEASE

Worked great up until a few days ago...now I get an error message that says I have to be subscribed to Xfinity TV or internet to use email. I guess that almost $300 per month i spend isn't good enough

Actually I was trying to see if I missed an update or something but apparently everyone else is having the same problem. Now it will just spin forever trying to open an email and I'm missing important emails. Is there a fix coming soon?
