Let's face it. If it wasn't for people like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Sylvester Stallone most of us wouldn't be working out.
They have helped shape us for over 40 years and that influence has been passed onto many of the top movie stars and sportsmen we see today.
Our aim was simple. Collect and catalogue workouts from the most influential people in entertainment.
You can use the workouts in many different way. Simply picking at random or following a whole training split.
