Description Wasel App

WASEL is a digital application that enables people with hearing disabilities and communication difficulties to access multiple services through free video calls, including emergency services, ambulance, firefighting and electricity complaints. It also provides instant translation service and electronic form filling services, all using sign language by SL interpreters with the highest level of experience who are present in the Technical Center for Services for Persons with Hearing Disabilities and Communication Difficulties, which is the first free center of its kind in the Arab region and Africa.
The second version of the Wasel application contains many improvements to the user interface, the addition of new services, and the improvement of the quality of calls through the application.

Services have been divided into 3 categories, Emergency, Instant translation and other online services
New Services have been added under each category like Fill forms electronically, Electricity, urgent instant translation, non-urgent instant translation, electricity emergency
User now has to be registered in wasel to access his call logs, notifications and profile User can make emergency calls only without registration
